In the last several games, the most effective and efficient guard/ big man combination has not been McCamey and Tisdale, as it was in past years, but Brandon Paul and Mike Davis.
For the last six games, Mike Davis has probably been the most dependable and consistent player on the team, scoring 99 points off of 78 shots, averaging 16.5 points per game and bringing down 9 boards per game in this stretch.
Brandon Paul, going back the past 7 games has been much more productive offensively, averaging 15.5 points per game with 4 boards and two assists per game to boot, all of this while coming off of the bench. Correlation does not imply causation, but the more minutes Brandon spends on the floor, the more productive he seems to be.
