No post game til tomorrow for me, it is my birthday after all. Happy Birthday to me.
After a tantalizing first half, the second half was just so Arch Rivalry. Lots of INTs and the offensive line that sent Scheelhaase running around for his life in the backfield. I'm sure I'll have something to say about this tomorrow.

We played better than last year’s team with less experience and arguably less talent. We lost, but I think this season will be better than I expected. The D looked much improved.

This sure as hell wasn't a moral victory.
But Scheelhaase can be someone I can get behind. He had practically nothing in front of him, yet he still threw laser beams for passes when he had to throw it. No wonder Eddie McGee wanted to become a receiver. Mu-fugga can chuck it.
With that being said . . . Mizzou sucks compared to what they used to be. And they beat Illinois up-and-down in the 2nd half. Which makes me weary of what may happen when Oskee Wow-Wow goes over to the likes of Penn State, Michigan’s Corpse Of A Shell Of A Former Program At The Big House, The D’Antonio Sparties and (for whateverthefuck reason) Wrigley Field. There’s no reason that, other than OSU, the Illini can’t go perfect at home. But that won’t be enough.
This may really suck.
