Big Ten Media Days: Day 2, Audio from Ron Zook, Clay Nurse, and Eddie McGee

PrintThe second day of the media cavalcade has arrived, and with it comes the "1 on 1" interviews for the print and radio people, or in this case internet bloggers who have too much time on their hands. I hopefully got some good audio for all of you today, and rather than summarize I figured I would just put it out there for you, unfiltered. (Well except for some of the loud annoying loud speaker announcements.)
We have brief sit down interviews with Clay Nurse and Eddie McGee, as well as a nice long two part Zook audio chunk that covers everything from last night's seventh inning stretch performance, to the abilities and strengths of the young Nathan Scheelhaase. I hope you enjoy

Solid work, Joe.
Seemed to me that Eddie was a bit reluctant in his interview and Nurse had just consumed a can of Ron Zook Red Bull. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but hey, observations are observations.
St. Louis Game Time . . . I need another beer.
And I can also write things in 140 characters or fewer.
Clay was there and loved it,
Eddie looked sleepy, and frankly, so was I. Anyone who wants to talk to a journalist at 8am is crazy anyway.
Anyone who wants to do ANYTHING at 8am or earlier is nuts.
I’ll just say that I don’t envy dairy farmers.
