Sun Times: Whitmer settles on Illini
New QB for next years class. Its pretty standard to get one QB a year, and I wouldnt be surprised If Zook isnt still going after another QB. Also at 190, this kid is going to have to put on some weight before he ever sees the field. Good job for Zook though

According to EdgyTim.com, Whitmer chose the Illini over Arizona, Stanford and Iowa State.
So in other words . . . not TOO much competition for his services there.
