I fell asleep on the couch

Jsut before halftime when Western Kentucky was owning you. I woke up right int he middle of the furious comeback. Credit to you guys for never quitting.

Seth Davis and company . . .

can still go suck a dick. Maybe it’s just bitterness. But . . . yeah.

Not fun to watch.

I have to give credit where it's due

WKU came out prepared, fired up, with a game plan (stuck to their gameplan), and even backed up their swagger leading up to this game. They used their smaller size against us with their quickness and athleticism where we could not exploit our larger size against them. They hit their shots, they closed the interior for us (something I’m still having trouble believing) and they outrebounded us (as usual) thereby not giving us any second chances.

Trent was on fire and so was Davis. But they did a really good job early on of keeping the ball of their hands. Tisdale and Dmac clearly showed that it was their first tourney game. Tisdale: 0-4 FG 0 pts, 1 rebound against a team where the tallest players are 4 inches shorter than him. Dmac, solid numbers (10 pts 4 ast), but still looked lacksadasial and lost at times. I don’t know how many times I yelled at him for lacksadasialcally laying it up (either in transition or after a nice drive) only to have his shot blocked (thank god for that last goaltending call). I must have yelled “F*** GO STRONG WITH IT!!!” I really expected him to take over this game and he didn’t. I’ll give credit where it’s due. He’s clearly much more comfortable with Chet running the O and handling the ball. It’s unreasonable to expect him to pick it up in only his 3rd game w/o Chet.

In conclusioin: kind of a sad end to a great season and a sad end to a hell of a career by Chet. See y’all next year
