Technology can only stop us for so long, but we are here in wonderful smelling Champaign for the second exhibition game of the season against Quincy College. Ugh the game is starting like now so I guess I should just cut to the chase.

todays game is being covered via my new netbook
as such all of the virtual private network stuff had to be installed, thus the technical delays.
thus far, the offensive gameplan does not look too similar to last year
its been all guards taking shots and alot more misses than makes, to the tune of quincy 9, Illini 4. I will not tolerate the name of “lemoyne” today
on a side note, there is a slight up tick
in attendance from last weeks exhibition, but still no where near packed. odd, given how much hype we have this year
while i think of it, all of the freshmen really look like they want to push it
mike davis and jeff jordan would like it tad slower thank you
by the way that is the 2nd block of the day for mike davis
much more active defensively, this is a good thing,
Orange Krush is alot of things
involved, loud, active and the best student section in america.
you will never here me tell you they are politically correct though
as much as it is probably killing Jeff to do it (literally)
the Illini are looking really good when they push the ball and use their speed
you will note that i have not really discussed the score of this game
and that is a philosophical decision, mainly because, win by 2, win by 20, these game DONT COUNT
all of the excitement about the freshmen aside
lets not forget, tisdale and davis are always good for points inside.
seriously, Tis is 3 inches taller
i dont care how many defenders he has on him he needs to touch the ball
well the illini are going to win today, we know that
just let it be known that it sure as hell was not because of their defense
