Illinois Utah Preview: I really wish I could watch this game.

I have probably been complaining about this too much, but as I will not be able to watch the Illini basketball game tonight in any form I am somewhat bitter (especially since our drubbing by Cincinnati in football is being nationally televised.)

But there are a few things I am looking forward to at least hearing on the radio tonight, even if I can see it.

  • More defensive lockdowns: the second half against Wofford was a thing of beauty holding them to only 25 second half points, I would of course prefer to see two halves that look like that.
  • Demetri McCamey running the offense, just like he has all year: He already leads the Big Ten in total assists, as well as keeping the Illini at the top of the league in Assists to TO ratio, oh also in FG %. I think the offense is in pretty good hands
  • Mike Davis, I think I will expect nothing less than a double-double from Mike from now on.

That doesn't seem like too much to ask, does it? Maybe, seeing as how the games don't exactly get any easier from this point on.

Here are the video highlights from the Wofford game on Tuesday
