Illini vs Wofford game preview: Winner gets to go to Vegas I guess
Jeez, is it time for another game already? Against another team of which I know little and care less? Alright fine, so Wofford took Pitt down to the wire earlier this month and only lost to Bradley on Saturday by 2, but I believe the team will come into this game well enough prepared to keep from being upset. That said, it looks as though Wofford could actually be the best team the Illini will have faced to this point.
Saturday did reveal quite a bit about the guard rotation and the overall team defense, but we are still waiting for the Mike Tisdale we saw last year to make his appearance. Thus far he has been pretty inconsistent and Bruce is clearly unhappy with his early play. Seeing as how Tis will once again be the tallest man on either team tonight, I don't see much stopping him from having a great game, other than himself. I am not one to panic, and I am perfectly confident he will put things together, and if not, I am confident Bruce wont be afraid to put someone else in the mix.
No new storylines for this game really, the Illini have been playing very well and the offense has been operating very efficiently. Tonight is the last home game until December 5th against Boise State, and its the heart of the Thanksgiving break, so don't expect to have the first sell out of the season just yet. If the Illini make it back from Vegas undefeated, look for the Vanderbilt game on December 8th to be a decent chance of finally selling out.
Game Tips tonight at 8:30 on ESPN360, ESPNU be happy to get even that, because the only way to see the Vegas games will be to pay for HoopTV, and I am not down with that clown.

The Game is on ESPNU
The game will be on TV on ESPNU tonight. It will not be available on ESPN360.com, because no ESPNU games are available there.

Some ESPNU Content is on ESPN360.com
There isn’t a hard and fast rule for all sports. For example, most of the games ESPN televises in the NCAA women’s volleyball tournament have been on both ESPNU and ESPN360.com.
P.S. Wofford is going to Vegas, but they’re in the event’s consolation bracket, contending for fifth through eighth place with Presbyterian, Southern and Seattle University. Illinois, Utah, Oklahoma State and Bradley are in the main bracket, playing in the semis on Friday with the winners playing for first and the losers playing for third on Saturday.
HoopTV (www.hooptv.net) has a cute racket… your school’s two games in Vegas mailed to you on DVD plus streaming for all eight games for $30 (including shipping). You can’t buy streaming video for just your school… you have to pay for all four games in a day or all eight games. Perhaps Illinois could find a better Thanksgiving event next year.
