Your absolutely awesome Illini merch of the day: The Illini Snuggie

Yes this space is normally reserved for my derision and criticism of the University for selling its brand out to basically anyone who comes knocking. Many times this results in confusing or at times embarrassing products with a big fat Illinois emblazoned on them, and probably end up being a Christmas gift for me from well meaning if misguided relatives. (My life is so terrible.)

But today, I have to give the University a tip of my hat, because for once, they got one right. Dead right. Behold the one Illini product I would not dare return or reject for fear of freezing to death in another bitter Champaign winter. Bask in its glory, it is the Illini Snuggie.
